‘Japan Crisis Adds Fresh Challenge to Global Recovery’ (WSJ, 3/16)

Why the prediction from the Wall Street Journal?  I thought those pages were to report news.  The other day the same space carried the prediction that the crisis wouldn’t effect the world markets.  When did journalists start front page opinions?  I’d say most of them couldn’t fall out of their chairs and hit the floor.  If the Sports Section ran their effectiveness ratings, they would be reporting the news and comparing what the experts were predicting, who many have problems hitting the floor too.

The stock markets have enough emotional problems as it is without these overkill opinions camouflaged as news.  Predictions, to what these crisis mean, such as hit Japan, will reveal themselves, even in 30 days from now.  that is soon enough to be accurate and beneficial.
